Slopes are hard. With all the bending and gravity. I can see where they wouldn’t want to risk it. //sarcasm
I had 30 Guatemalans on the very sloped roof next door last week. They were working just fine putting on new Shingles. I would think a couple of fit young Secret Service interns could have scurried up a slightly sloped metal roof.
Of course…it was wicked hot out. (Jeez….)

Look at the video of the counter snipers that were put in place and ask yourself if that roof was sloped. I am of the opinion that it has a GREATER slope that the roof that the attempted assassin fired from.
