Her being drunk lines up with what I heard. I heard someone who sounded like she had a decent voice and who perhaps started the song without something to get her in key. But being drunk can actually result, especially if she’s a chronic drunk, in the vocal cords being suffused with blood which can radically change the feel of where your notes are.
