Here's the reason for all the crazy conspiracy theories

That in itself makes this situation look like the director could be waiting for the evidence to be destroyed - or to come up with an excuse that's been 'focus group' tested for believably. NOT impressive. DEI's DC 'institutions' suck but this one is worse than normal.
