I can't address an issue I don't know about.
i watched the video. It was helpful. for locations of all the sniper teams. It was Sniper position two is who took out the assassin. you can see a discharge of his weapon.

Sniper position number one which everyone sees in videos. They had a dead space with a bush directly in the line of site of the assassin. The assassin had to have known that. The photos doesn't show the bush in the way. very strange.
I didn't know the bush was in the line of sight. I'm apologizing to those counter snipers. Though why have two sniper teams so close to one another with a HUGE dead space on the whole building top that is so close. The narrator was correct if one of those two teams was on the water tower none of this would've happened. Though the Narrator doesn't point out the bush was in the line of sight of the assassin.

Notice another thing the Narrator said. A cop climbed the ladder the assassin pointed his weapon at the cop. The event should've been over right then. Every security person should have an abort event signal

I read the cop was being boosted and pulled himself up to look. So no free hand to draw a sidearm. When the shooter pointed the rifle he let go of the roof and fell back to the ground.

Had he been on a ladder he could have backed down, drawn his sidearm, and peeked back up to do a mag dump.
