Exactly, I agree. Ive posted elsewhere that it has to be in places somewhere from the on-site detail supervisor for this event and Bidens handlers.
Someone relatively low, like the on-site command almost has to be incompetent or in on it because of the final 3 minute delay when the countersniper team had a fully identified and had a clear shot but couldnt get clearance.
Obviously the Senior Special Agent in charge didnt come up with this all on their own, there have to be directives coming down.
