He cant, at least not by blind incompetence or even by participation of one of those on duty.

We know that many of them were on top of things but too many things went wrong.

For all of that to come together the compromise has to be at command and control or higher.

How much POWER is required to remove the Secret Service protection for leading candidate for President?

More than it took to put Epstein's guards to sleep, IMO.
