The Biden voice in the clip doesn’t sound a bit like Biden.
This just keeps getting more and more bizarre.
The KKKrats are acting like Hitler in the bunker at the end of the War...ordering his military to destroy the remaining infrastructure of Germany for the failures of its people to win the war.
(These final orders were not obeyed.)
...And didn't sound like someone that was gravely ill.
