As the story of the Secret Service's performance unfolded (rotted?), I thought the infuriating attempt on President Trump's life was bizarre enough for a lifetime, but then add the miracle of his survival and response. More than enough 'unprecedented' for a lifetime.
But now, it's not clear if Biden is being held in his basement, if he knows he's withdrawn from the election, or who the Deep State has really chosen as president to replace him. A FReeq remarked in email that these are strange times.
The events of these days keep reminding me of the following clip in the lamentable movie, Con Air. A towline dangling out the back of an open cargo door of a plane as it takes off accidentally snags the front bumper of a car. The plane takes off and precedes to sail the car behind it like a kite.
These days as I read the latest headlines describing the farcial excuse making and lies that Obama, the Deep State, the MSM, the DNC et. al. have made to the public, I keep recalling the part of the movie where Cage dryly says, "On any other day, that might seem strange."
I'd been thinking of breaking out some of the books I put aside for 'internet out' scenarios. Today a FReeQ suggested a reminder about keeping our preparations fresh and topped up. I think we may have many visitors (*waving to LurQers and thread noobs) with us who were not here when we first talked about preparing for emergencies. Browsing among the Q drops, I see that, according to Q2054 Trump signed the annual proclamation identifying September as National Preparedness Month on September 1, 2018.
National Preparedness Month 2024 is heading our way, and the BlackRock software disruption has still not been resolved, so there may yet be more supply chain interuptions. (There almost seems to be an MSM blackout on the subject.) Since these are indeed very strange days, there's no time like the present to check your readiness for the likely Deep State disruption tactics heading our way.

I had a major file corruption between 2018 and now, and my backup file will not open, so I will have to get creative to find the links of content FReeQs shared about customizing your preparedness efforts and preparing activities and entertainment to prepare psychologically for 'unprecedented' disruption. Q drops note an earlier instance where the blackout of all Social Media was a possibility, so whatever you do now to tuck yourselves and your friends and loved ones into a well-prepared nest should the Deep State finally reach that level of panic, will be time well spent. Your efforts can do so much to encourage future generations, as they hear their family's tales of resourcefulness, support and strength while riding out 'some dark days.'
Does anyone have copies of FReeQs on thread preparation advice/links handy? :D If not, I can find them. I have ways........
If you're new to the task of these kinds of preparations, it takes time but it's worth it. Chipping away at setting aside resources for possible supply chain disruptions now will be worth it.
I admit I'm enjoying watching the DNC crabs-in-a-barrel clawing at each other to rise to the top...of the sewer. How can they even campaign when they are the ones who gave their base Biden and Harris to begin with???

I can't imagine the anecdotes will share later, about the answered prayers and strength God provided us and the service of his servant(s)/our lion and his warriors. Just think what stories we'll tell when the Internet is back up, and what art Foldy will have crafted, the plethora of 'Dad Jokes' that will be waiting for us...and cat gifs....lots of cat gifs!
