Look, he needs to do 2 things at any future rally.
1). No more outside rallies
2). Only clear plastic bags allowed in like sporting events do.

Nice idea, but it won't stop someone who is allowed access to restricted areas like this shooter was, carrying a rifle, and allowed to climb up a ladder either attached to the building, or placed there by someone helping him. He certainly didn't carry a ladder, and a rifle in all by himself. He was already in place on the roof before Trump's rally started, because he began shooting 9 minutes into the rally. He hadn't just gotten there.

How would a clear plastic bag have stopped a man with a rifle 140 yds on a roof had helped?
