The secret service took a very long time getting President Trump off of the stage. And they had short agents in front of him. There is a video of the SS sniper apparently shooting at the sniper, but the recoil looks un natural and there is no muzzle flash. President Trump is lucky as hell that he is alive despite the SS. He needs to fire them all and hire former special forces as his security.

They took him to ground almost immediately. The 2-3ft base around the podium is bulletproof. Protocol is to keep him on the ground beneath the level of the bulletproof “wall”, as soon as they got word the threat was neutralized they then moved him.
They should have had him on the floor for longer, imo. That star decoration along the front of the stage is only knee high but was the only plexiglass protection. Keep him down behind that as long as needed. My question is how the SS knew, from what we hear them saying, there was only one assassin that quickly?
I mean their track record is lousy. JFK, Reagan, etc.
I was looking for the muzzle flash. There was none. Something odd about the movement of the counter sniper.
