Not the Secret Service, likely. The DHS. I read a source that said that the SS had been requesting more resources and not getting them approved by the DHS. That had nothing to do with it. The Secret Service could have and should have stationed their second police sniper on the roof of the building that the assassin shot from. It's nuts to put two snipers on one building the way they did.

You’re right on that. My criticism is that a helicopter should have seen this guy easily enough and a sniper might have been stationed in the helicopter.
