No tip for counter service, and especially no tip if I’m picking up a take-out order.
The one that gets me is the tip screen at the local brewery. If the person behind the bar gives my woman samples and helps her pick out a good beer for her, i tend to tip. Am i doing this right? If I go and order and all they do is pour my beer and give it to me at the counter I do not tip. My local pizza place asks for tips when i go up and order at the register. NO TIP. Drive thru coffee, NO TIP. Sit down restaurants i tip if my order is taken and then the tip depends on how good the service is.
