I know there was a video (about the time when he announced his VP pick in 2020) where Biden said, essentially, that if he and Kamala ever got cross-wise, he would “step aside.” I’ve not seen that referenced lately in all this talk about Biden leaving the race. …Or have they?

I believe that the actual wording was along the lines of "if you could no longer morally support Biden's course of action, etc."
