Not really. The supposed evidence wasn't relevant to the trial, and was completely immaterial to the charges against Baldwin. His charges had nothing to do with where a live bullet may have come from.
I say again - the judge did the right thing. The pistol was a movie prop, not a weapon as far as Baldwin knew. The end.
