Alex Baldwin charges dismissed by Judge

It was a weapon. It fired and bullet and killed someone. Something that only happened because Baldwin ignored all the established safety rules, pointed it at someone, cocked the hammer, and pulled the trigger. With a real gun, that he had not checked was safe.

Even if he had not responsibility in that, which is not what the law says, nor what movie production rules says, that's not why the judge did what she did, so you're being irrational.
