I’m still trying to figure out what happened to that kid. Lot’s of people go boating on a hot day but I’ve never heard of people overheating. Drowning but not overheating.

In cultures native to scorching heat, they wear light loose clothing. They stay in the shade. They don't go out in the noonday sun:

"Only mad dogs and Englishmen go out in the midday sun …"

Those parents left their infant uncovered on the open deck of their boat while they went swimming because they were "too hot". Seriously, they were too hot, but what about the baby?!!???
