Sounds extremely tasty. I’m not totally opposed to baking in July but it’s 95 degrees here right now so I’ll wait for it to cool off a little. I love making my own crust too. Also the occasional cake of batch of cookies from scratch.
That is a bit “warm”. As I recall we had a storm earlier in the day that cleared up perfectly for fireworks that night. I know it was at least mid 80’s because I remember wearing a tank top with red, white, and blue on it.
