Barak can’t be the VP candidate because he is not elibible to be president again.

The 22nd Amendment states "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice". If Zer0 was VP and became president due to Biden resigning or his demise, he would become president, but not due to election as president. It may violate the intent of the 22nd Amendment, but it would not violate the strict wording.

Yes, and don’t we all know that the Supremes would not have the courage to take this on just like they refused to rule on the 20+ states that challenged the 2020 process involving Pennsylvania illegally changing their election process, giving the election to Biden.

Check the last line of the 12th Amendment.

...no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.

He is not eligible.
