I believe Thorium energy is the right answer for the future here. Yes it is nuclear like uranium, but the molten salt reactor is safer and won’t melt down like conventional uranium reactors. Thorium is also more plentiful and easier to obtain than uranium.
More research and development needs to be done but I am of the opinion that thorium energy and hydrocarbons like natgas and oil are all we need.
I think this going green nonsense will destroy us in the years to come if we don’t come to our senses soon.
