C’mon. We hear that here all the time and it’s just so lazy in the absence of any evidence. We’ll hear their weak and probably cowardly stated reasons, but DOJ doesn’t give a damn one way or the other because they’re not going to prosecute. Eric Holder was held in contempt. DOJ did not prosecute and it didn’t hamper the Obama administration in the slightest
