It is truly difficult to comprehend the level of stupidity that is being displayed here, not just by the victim, but all the others involved.

I wouldn’t be surprised. But the sad part is, I wouldn’t be surprised if they were just that stupid.
We’re getting stupider and stupider as a society, because there are warning labels on everything. If people don’t know not to put hands and feet under a running lawnmower, they probably shouldn’t have children. I wonder about these kids’ parents...
