Until 2008, the Supreme Court had never said their was a Constitutional right for private citizens to own firearms. If libs become the majority on the Court again, we’ll be back to the idea that the 2nd Amendment doesn’t apply to private citizens.
Meh. No one needs a court to say what is already plainly written.
If the constitution says “Thou shalt do A”
And a thug in a black dress says “No, thou shalt not do A, but B”
Then you have a thug problem, not so much a Constitution problem.
They’re solved differently.
