Waiting for “law” to give proper consequences to criminals stealing your things, raping or murdering you? It’s hard to fathom the psychological damage to the innocent victim, their friends and families caused by criminals. You can’t put a price tag on it.

They should require that both parents be present to pick the kid up.

Kids will be in jail for a long time while they try to locate dad.

In fact, there are car theft rings which actively recruit kids as young as 8 to boost vehicles.

Some people have trouble knowing right from wrong at an early age gee wonder why.

As for Black, he’s had his eyes opened to something many don’t want to acknowledge. His Kia has been totaled, a common thing for a recovered stolen car, and now he’s facing financial fallout.

Although the article doesn't provide any details, GAP insurance is something to consider when taking out long term auto loans for just this reason..
