You’re misinformed, or uninformed, wigs are everywhere, toupee’s also. One of the biggest selling wig lines out there is Dolly Parton wigs, and every shop that specializes in wigs probably carries that line. I have a niece, a sister, and a cousin who are excellent hair stylists. They can spot a wig, hairpiece or toupee in an instant. We’ve had this discussion in the past and they proved it.
For the most part a lot of wigs are not worn in the summer unless one lives in certain parts of the country that aren’t oppressively hot and humid.
