No kidding. I knew I was NEVER going to have that time. I love the game. I love walking in the sun; especially in the autumn. I never wanted it to become work. So, I stayed satisfied with my mid 90s games on most courses.
The few times I played on courses where the pros had played….I enjoyed walking in the sunshine. Ha Ha.
I broke 80 twice, but to get from 90 to 80 took a lot of time. I was recently divorced and was at the course every afternoon after work for a year. Plus, I added some better wedges and really learned how to properly grip my driver, so it went straight with a slight fade.
It was my middle game that needed more work.
