Ivermectin does have some drug interactions you may want to investigate on this page:

I hope you will seek medical advice as to whether Ivermectin is going to interact with any other drug you are already taking, or your condition in general.
The Covid19CriticalCare.com website provided lists of providers and pharmacies who would give patients Ivermectin. After the Plandemic high tide, I don’t know if all sources listed still write for Ivermectin so if you decide to see one on the list, it would be wise to call first to make sure they will write for Ivermectin. However, I don’t know if they will write Ivermectin for a neuro illness - they originally prescribed for Covid.
Here’s the list of providers

And here’s the list of pharmacies originally filling Ivermectin prescriptions.

Because you have a health issue, it’s probably best to find a physician who prescribes it. Perhaps FReepers will chime in here and post their sources.
During the Covid Plandemic, some people purchased Ivermectin Horse Paste (not gel) from tractor/feed stores. 1.87% Ivermectin with no other active ingredients (no additional medications bundled in).
Others bought 2% injectable Ivermectin (but NOT to inject it-just to drink in juice, water, soup etc.) for use with cattle from hay/feed/livestock stores. That required the purchase of syringes (amazon?) to extract the medicine from the multi-dose bottle.
There is no human use for ‘pour over’ Ivermectin intended for cattle.
Others bought Ivermectin without a prescription online and overseas. Here’s one website that sells it.

have you bought from them?
“There is no human use for ‘pour over’ Ivermectin intended for cattle.”
No known human use,
I have used this to remove a mole and another growth from my skin. Also, the ivermectin passes through the skin so is absorbed that way, but dose is to hard to figure out. You can probably overdose on pour over ivermectin just like you can OD on BenGay.
