death penalty? in commiefornia? Don’t make me laugh! the death penalty in cali is only metted out by criminals. those without a badge AND those with one. interestingly enough, the only two groups our illustrious liberal progressive ideologues WANT armed.
The death penalty? Don’t make me laugh! Kalifornia hasn’t executed anyone in about 75 years and it’s obvious that some state court...or state politician...will eventually (probably soon) declare it illegal and eliminate it.

Death penalty? They’ll be old men before a date with the needle is assigned. Meanwhile, they’re refusing to leave their cells to go to the courtroom for their arraignment. The judge seems mystified by it and doesn’t know how to proceed. To these thugs the whole thing is a joke. But they’ll soon learn that this is not L.A. County and they won’t be coddled.
That being said, expect 5-7 years to go by before an actual trial.

Thank God this was in The OC and not LA County where the DA is criminal-friendly George Gascon.
One of the criminals in this case was released by Gascon, which is typical of his not wanting to lock up criminals no matter how vicious the crime.
Can’t wait until Gascon is defeated by Nathan Hochman, there is a lot of vote fraud in California, but not enough to over come an almost 25 point deficit.
The victim was a tourist from New Zealand. I bet the Commifornia DA wouldn’t bother if it was just an American. *Spit*

The three California men who allegedly murdered New Zealand woman Patricia “Trish” McKay in Newport Beach have refused to appear in court.
Leroy McCrary, 26, and Malachi Darnell and Jaden Cunningham, both 18, were scheduled to appear at Orange County Superior Court and enter pleas.
However, none of the trio showed up, defying an order from Judge Andre Manssourian.
It was the second time the three men had refused to turn up to court.
Last Friday, they reportedly refused to budge from their cell, which is only 180m from the courtroom.
Used to live in OC and shopped at Fashion Island many times.
I guess the thugs couldn’t do this in their own neighborhood - that’s really 3 disparate locations - Lancaster, Compton and L.A. Looks like Newport Beach PD picked them up so they didn’t get far. Good work, Newport Beach PD...

An uncomfortable afterthought - I heard on the news recently that the “alleged” murderer of the Moscow, ID students won’t even go on trial until sometime in 2025....that happened in 2022...
