I believe this is and has been standard for years. The only difference is Joek can’t remember what everyone else used to glance at and memorize.

I don’t believe we’ve ever had a president (or for that matter any other politician) that was so devoid of what they were doing, that they had cue (that were clearly visible) showing which journalist (along with the journalist’s photo), what the questions were and what answer he would read as a “spontaneous” response to the known question . . .
