Not sure what your question is - I’m referring to Member Services, whether it’s for insurance or the bank. I also have many friends who are employees and they uniformly hate the DEI focus and uncaring attitude of the management staff. One, my neighbor, was let go at 29 years because they “downsized” his department. Didn’t offer him another position, just said,
“Here’s your 60-day notice”.
I did an interview with a company called USAA Administrative Services - I *think* it’s the same company - I saved my interview comment on another device
Before I relate that story I just wanted to be certain that it was the same company - that was a name I knew in the mid-1990’s (what I said above)
As I recall, it was targeted towards military/ex-military
