Significant numbers of patients with Parkinson’s don’t have tremor. Look at the other motor manifestations he exhibits when his medications wear off (like at the debate): shuffling gait; loss of associated movements (like no arm swinging when he walks); mask like fancies; no eye blinking; and difficulty turning smoothly when he walks.
He does have significant cognitive dysfunction, it’s true. His motor manifestations of Parkinson’s are partially treated with dopamine agonists but when they wear off … he’s Parkinsonian. The tremor does not have to be present for the diagnosis.
I wonder if an MRI of his Swiss cheese brain would help show what is really going on?
