Have you seen the price of Texas homes lately? $1.5M for what used to be less than half that 2 years ago and even that was too much.

If I had $10 million I'd have my legal residence in New Hampshire (no income tax or sales tax) and a small condo/coop (about $500K) on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.NYC is a city I love to visit but I'd hate to live there. But if I had $20 million I'd live in NYC’s Connecticut suburbs.

Yes I have, land has become stupid expensive too. Prices are up because the owners know they can get it from all the refugees from the blue states. Thats why I predict Texas will be purple this time around.
