Before the Death of Common Sense, there was a tried-and-true method for weight loss. No points, no seminars, no major $$$. It was/is a simple exercise, and the more repetitions, the greater the weight loss. Yes, the age old exercise that needs no gym membership, no fancy shoes, no $$exercise$$ machine.

It is called Push Aways. The devil is always in the details, and even those folks in Rio Linda can probably master the details. The details of the Push Away exercise regimen is to....... Push yourself away from the table. Just like abstinence, Push Aways work every time they’re tried. The more repetitions, the better.

Yeah...no.

It doesn’t always work that way.

Six feet tall. 275 pounds. Active lifestyle including 3+ trips to the gym a week. Tracked caloric intake of 1500 calories a day...gained weight.

Not until I was cut back to 900 calories a day did I lose weight. My insurance will not pay for a COMPLETE endocrine work up - it cost about $10K, so I can’t afford it - and they cannot determine the cause without one.

My insurance will pay for Wygovy.
