Yep better flavorings, personally I make whole egg mayo, at least when it is only me.
A couple of years ago I read an article about how the rise in commercial rents was causing some stores to close in trendy NYC neighborhoods. The author was lamenting that an artisan mayonnaise store had been forced to close.
I had never heard of such a store. Has anyone heard of one?
