That works great, with less grease, but might be too tart for some. I think mayo is a happy medium - not as greasy as butter, not as tart as mustard. The other downside of mustard is if you get it on clothing, that’s an automatic addition to the Goodwill bag - turmeric stains are impossible to remove.
