If you look at the barrel length and the configuration of the weapon she is holding, I think that is what fits in that thigh length holster - if I understand your point.

—where is her pistol-—? That thigh holster is the right size for a PPK or maybe a Beretta Nano. Neither would show if buttoned in. Note the top strap is closed. Low visability I expect just the way she wants it? Keeping one’s backup out of sight is a good move.
