Seems it’s been long forgotten, or at least over looked, that O’Kenyan went to grade school in Indonesia, ate dog, et al. To do that he had to be an Indonesian citizen, something his step dad had to arrange. To get him back to Hawaii that would have had to be disclosed and whatever he had for a Hawaiian birth certificate had to be annotated, which his alleged mom could have done. To get into high school in Hawaii he would have had to show some background docs.
I’ve long thot that the reason he didn’t want to show the actual Hawaiian BC was that he didn’t want to disclose the Indonesian citizenship.
Having lived on Oahu during his high school years I’m somewhat familiar in the how-to of living there. His alleged Gramma would have been a big help in smoothing the paperwork since she was a fixture at the downtown Bank of Hawaii, later rising to a VP slot. Didn’t know her personally but knew who she was, that being my bank in those years.
In those years a lot of Hawaii was rural and it was legal for the birth parents to file for a BC by themselves, something Gramma could have helped with.
My own son was born there about a decade after O’Kenyan and the state standard birth documents were/are the same. We’ve always know what O’Kenyan’s BC should look like because we have the same for my family.
Any actual, real docs most likely show he doesn’t even belong here.

And his parents had to renounce his American citizenship, he could have reclaimed it at 18 but he never did.
So even if he was born an NBC he was not even a citizen of any kind.
