The autism link might be because up to 1970 these children were institutionalized. And suddenly, after the movie Rain man, people started calling their obviously retarded kids Autistic, which was better than the term retarded.

For example, I read that getting one of the vaccines led to higher death rates from other diseases in the third world, and they claimed thousands of these deaths. But when I finally found the original article, it was one study in one African slum, and knowing Africa, one suspects that the data might not be accurate (ignoring comorbidities such as dirty water that causes fatal diarrhea).

The covid vaccine was over hyped, and the dengue vaccine killed a few kids here in the Philippines, but the dirty little secret is that you never lived in a time or place before these modern vaccines and treatments were available.

From about WW 2 until the 70’s you’re quite right that childhood vaxes were helpful. But thru the 70’s things started changing. “main streaming” came into fashion and states started cutting back on care facilities. Remember that’s when Oregon shut down the “Cuckoo’s Nest.?”

From the Mid 60’s, for industrial reasons, Und so Veiter, I always got flu shots. Never had the flu so I guess it worked. But then, during C-19, they started talking about combining the shots. And since the turn of the century the same geniuses have started combining the kiddie shots. Between the two combinations nobody can tell me what a shot actually has.

I will no longer take flu shots. I no longer trust the bass——s to give me a clean, non-corrupted shot. Along with that, I’ve seen too many folks with young kids, where the kids have maladies not historically normal. Just in our local school system we see way too many kids who need meds, special care of one sort or another, disruptive little freeks, and so on.

Folks with young kids have a real burden now to understand what the quacks are trying to shoot them up with. And I tell everyone who gets within range to keep really good records of such things.

A handful of childhood vaccines, properly spaced out over time do save lives, but hold it right there.

The sheer number of vaccines given today are astounding. And, the combining of multiple vaccines in a single shot is screwing up a baby or small child’s immune system, causing long term chronic health problems.

If the “government” (under R. Reagan) had refused to indemnify the big Pharmaceutical companies back in the 80s, do you really think there would be 60 or 70 vaccines being marketed to our children?

I am no fan of Robert F. Kennedy, but do appreciate his opinion on vaccines, a nd his legal work on behalf of the many vaccine-injured children.

LadyDoc, does the phrase “first do no harm” have any meaning to you docs? Why arent you fighting some of these vaccines? You know there are many that are damaging, given at ridiculous times, like to. newborns for illnesses that they may never contract because of healthy life style choices.

Please remember that we here on FreeRepublic are perfectly capable of researching the pros and cons of various injections, and we are intelligent enough to make our own decisions after reading the latest research.

Perhaps we are going to have to hold Doctors responsible/liable if adults or children are injured by vaccines. And, now that pharmacies are offering “jabs”, maybe they should be legally liable too, for “just following orders”!

The “dirty little secret” is that the incidence of those diseases had dropped like a rock for several decades before the vaccines were released due to the evolution of sanitation, hygiene and electrification throughout the nation.

As for the Covid vaccine being “overhyped”, you’re about 2 years late on that, you need to catch up. It’s a shut book that it was created IN LOCKSTEP with the gene therapy shot (not a vaccine by any legal definition) as a binary biological weapons system. The patents, the papers, the emails etc... are all there and in the words, deeds and contracts of the perpetrators.

I just saw an article the other day about how the current flu vaccine was being avoided by many. The jab numbers are way down because people aren’t getting it in the numbers they normally did. The same article mentions that flu cases are also down.

Correlation is not causation, but that piques my interest a bit.

Regarding childhood vaccines, who really knows. Even “safe” vaccines aren’t tested in the groups they are administered in. This vax and that vax and the other vax might individually be relatively safe, but how about giving them all at once? Even people who intent to give their child every vaccine that’s recommended would be well advised to spread them out over a longer period and avoid a dozen in a single day.

Deaths From Childhood Diseases Were Declining Before Vaccines

In 1977, Boston University epidemiologists (and husband and wife) John and Sonja McKinlay published their seminal work in the Millbank Memorial Fund Quarterly on the role that vaccines (and other medical interventions) played in the massive 74% decline in mortality seen in the twentieth century: “The Questionable Contribution of Medical Measures to the Decline of Mortality in the United States in the Twentieth Century.”

In this article, the McKinlays pointed out that 92.3% of the mortality rate decline happened between 1900 and 1950, before most vaccines existed. They conclude that vaccines (and all other medical interventions, including antibiotics and surgeries) were responsible for — at most — somewhere between 1% and 3.5% of that decline.

Additionally, after an exhaustive 2010 study, “Annual Summary of Vital Statistics: Trends in the Health of Americans during the 20th Century” (Guyer et al, December 2000.) published in Pediatrics, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Johns Hopkins researchers concluded: “Thus vaccinations does not account for the impressive declines in mortality from infectious diseases seen in the first half of the twentieth century.”
