It didn't receive much attention at first in the 'Immunity' decision but Justice Clarence Thomas wrote a separate statement of judgement along with the majority... a rather detailed summary of how he might decide a case against the constitutionality of the appointment of Jack Smith as 'Jack the president slayer' (my phrasing).
Judge Cannon in south Florida has indicated that she is studying a motion by the defense questioning the constitutionality of Jack Smith's appointment. How timely for Justice Thomas' momentary diversionary documentary! He has expressed interest in the issue previously and is now entering a standard in a possible jousting match.

I can see a comedy routine with people asking each other what their blood type is instead of the normal questions asked on a date. Especially given how addicted folks are to their ‘electronic crack’ aka smartphones since many of them have little experience interacting with another person live.
