That’s like saying an African American with albinism is not a white person. It’s a useless differentiation.
The genetic condition is quite rare, the person was raised as a girl, there was no grooming or coercion to act as a specific sex, and there are no male genitalia to cause distress in women’s locker rooms. In the absence of a genetic test and/or MRI, it’s not even a definitive diagnosis.
Given those facts, or lack thereof, I don’t care about what Brittany Griner’s genetic composition might mean to anyone’s world view.
