"Nothing in orbit orbits indefinitely."

I guess that could be said about man-made objects orbiting earth, but what about planets orbiting the sun? Their orbits do not decay do they? Maybe an expert in astrophysics can enlighten me.

The moon moves away a couple of inches every year. The Earth does the same with the sun.
