Met a woman at work who was a grade school teacher and very excited that schools were dumping sight reading for phonics.
(My Mom was a grade school reading teacher who was livid that her students would be taught phonics!)
Well that sounded normal and her hair wasn’t green so I thought she was OK.
Asked her about tranny stuff in our grade schools and she went off about wonderful it was that it was in our schools!
I replied “We will have to agree to disagree. I don’t think this stuff should be in our schools.”
Got a call a few days later about the complaint she filed against me.
Explained it to my boss and heard “I agree with you.”
