This woman seems to be from India. Thus, she and her daughters were able to fake being Eskimos aka Inuit. The look Eskimo enough to me.

I thought they looked Indian ( dot) not native. I'm guessing that's what set up the suspicion of fraud.

They look nothing like Inuit, many of whom look like primitive Japanese.
