Thanks for the correction. I thought he was 16. That makes it even worse. He wasn't legally allowed to have that gun on him.

Just watched the See BS news story on this. It was a Glock, pellet pistol.
The kid ran when he was going to be frisked and flashed the pistol at the cops chasing him. They yelled “gun”, the Caught the kid and took him down. During the struggle ( why do they fight) the cops shot the armed perp. Stupid should cause shorter lifespans.
