Friends of mine hung out with Mull.....Back in the day. He was funny, witty, unlike today’s alleged comedians.

Fernwood 2Nite was the first time I saw Tom Waits on TV.

Martin Mull had a dry humor, and often did his own version of an Oliver-Hardy-type breaking of the 4th wall on that show.

One of the funniest things I’ve ever watched was the 70s movie “Serial” that apparently was not a big hit at all. It was a parody on then-woke Mill Valley, CA, and he played “Harvey Holroyd,” an everyman sick of the PC nonsense, just wanting to live a normal life.
