Attacking America militarily costs a great deal of money and just because Biden is an idiot doesn't mean there is no risk (i.e., there is still a Pentagon and military/industrial complex that is full of guys who love war).

And why attack a country when you already own so many of its politicians, its land, and its assets (the way China does)?

Conversely, China (for example) has a huge amount to lose if Trump gets re-elected. Ergo, it makes more sense for China to attack Trump than America.
