Nope. Merchan is going to sentence Trump to 4-5 years, suspended except for the first 1-2 years, and stayed pending appeal. The drama is going to be around modification of release conditions - travel outside Manhattan prohibited? Use of electronic devices prohibited so he can’t campaign at all?
