I have a friend who owns a chain of small restaurants in Hawaii. His most popular dish by far has spam in it. He buys it by the pallet and says he just cant get enough to keep his restaurants fully stocked.So, it is very popular.

IMO, SPAM has endless potentials. I even think SPAM is used in the Sushi business.

Yeah. When we lived in HI, Spam was huge. Spam pizza, too.
