Note how all of the “top” disasters in US by death toll— are “fatalities estimated”. This is pure falsehood- a fatality is a number certain— a number of people proven dead by the causality of the disaster so called.

Also- look at the idiotic listing of 9/11 Terrorist attack. They list the dead PLUS separately the 19 Terrorists who hijacked aircraft— special mention of their deaths.
