I have one similar to yous. I t costs $550.00. My insurance covered it but my dentist had to appeal to my insurance. I hate it. Sometimes I must take it out in my sleep.. I find it in my bed.

I have been diagnosed with Severe Sleep Apnea. Therefore, the DR stated that the mouth guards or Inspire device will not work for me.
So, I will be getting a CPAP machine sometime soon. As soon as the company calls me a for an appointment.
