The FBI needs to be charged with tampering with evidence. Sith needs to be charged with lying about it and covering it up.

This maneuver violated written Department of Justice guidelines based on the constitutional guarantee of due process, The guidelines forbid pretrial disclosure of evidence out of court to the news media or comments to the effect that the defendant is guilty.

In this instance, not only were such disclosures and comments made, but photos were staged at the scene so as to convey a false impression of guilt when leaked. This demonstrates that the eventual leaks to the news media were premeditated and deliberate by the FBI and the prosecutors.

As an initial remedy, the entire prosecution team should be dismissed from the case, with the government given a limited period of time to designate a new team, failing which the charges will be dismissed with prejudice due to prosecutorial misconduct. And the Attorney General, as Jack Smith's superior, should also be required to show cause why the government, Jack Smith, and all those involved in any way should not be identified and held in contempt of court and heavily sanctioned.

And yet, we still have a court hearing. Cannon should’ve done the right thing and dismissed the whole damn thing. But instead, she just keeps dragging it and dragging it.
